We offer a full 30-day return policy on all orders from our website. The return policy period begins the day the item(s) are picked up from our warehouse. If the item(s) prove to be unsatisfactory upon delivery, please contact us prior to returning the item(s) to obtain authorization from one of our customer service representatives. Returned products must be returned in original packaging and include the original invoice that shipped with the package.
Upon receipt of the returned item, a refund of the purchase price will be applied back to the original billing account. The original shipping cost will not be refunded. Under extreme conditions in which the item has been visibly damaged not as a result of shipping (cracks, broken lamps, etc.), an extra deduction from the final refund price may be applied.
* If the customer receives a damaged item upon delivery, it is his/her responsibility to contact us within 2 business days of receiving the item to receive a “special” RMA. Any claims posted after that period will be handled as accordingly.
